My friend and I spotted this truck while driving along on an old highway... I did'nt have my camera that day, and I wish I would have, because the light was perfect, and the sky blue... and so the next day, we went back, and after taking only 2 shots, my camera battery went dead... this is one of those two shots... I hope to go back again, with fresh batteries, while the sky is clear, and take several more...

The color may have change but that looks like one of the old Army 10ton dump trucks I got to drive around at Ft.Riley Kansass.

This is very nice capture and the subject is also very good. I you go back...try to take some macro captures, some rust captureswith some nice angle of view for example

hey Paul a question for ya. Are you shooting these in "Auto" mode or a program mode like landscape or portrait??? Reason I ask is cuz of yer skies. Switch it over to manual mode and select your aperature, a smaller one will work, like f8 and take it. Bracket your shots. Heh watch how rich they will become :)
